Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate data pipelines
• Build and operate data warehouses and data marts
• Create data visualizations that surface business insights
• Integrate game data with marketing data
• Clean and model game data so it can be used for AI applications

Requirements

• Experience designing, building, and migrating databases for stable game services
• Experience aggregating and analyzing game and system data
• Experience with AWS-based data engineering (Lambda, Redshift)
• Ability to process data and develop pipelines using SQL and programming languages such as Python and Java/Kotlin

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong interest in the latest data technologies and AI trends, with a track record of steadily building your skills through personal projects or study groups
• Hands-on experience implementing simple models with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar, or building MLOps infrastructure (MLflow, Airflow, etc.)
• Experience collecting and analyzing a variety of marketing data, such as MMP and ad performance data
• Enjoy solving problems by communicating with people across roles, including game designers, developers, and marketers
